Quoox Breaks Down Barriers To Change, Enabling Success, & Growth

Quoox has established a reputation for being unafraid to challenge the status quo of fitness management software, with it’s comprehensive all-in-one facility & member management product establishing a loyal customer base in the UK, Ireland and United States.

Quoox’s fundamental mission is “to raise the standards of service within the global wellness industry, through the provision of coherent, innovative tools & resources”. The Quoox approach enables fitness facilities to better manage their activities; deliver a better & broader service to their members; operate more efficiently; and, in many cases, save money on expensive software subscriptions.

Quoox co-founders, Chris Windram & Ben Brand, have the core belief that every

fitness facility should have access to the tools that enable them to provide the

highest quality of service to their members, regardless of budget.

In support of this, from January 2022, Quoox is implementing a radical new pricing

model whereby the entire core Quoox product is available from as little as £49/$67

per month (with the first month completely free)

Ben Brand, Chief Operating Officer, commented:

“Packages with some of the incumbent software providers can reach in excess of £500 per month. Then you have to add to that the numerous bolt-ons and other packages you need. It is not hard to reach £800+ when you add everything up!

At Quoox, we think that such pricing is outrageous. With many facility owners ‘feeling the pinch’ right now, we have worked hard to deliver our game-changing product at an affordable & fair price, based upon a usage-based model.

Our product is supported by our extensive knowledge base, which includes nearly 200 guidance and walk-through videos covering every aspect of Quoox, which we call the ‘Quoox University’. Further to this, additional support is available from our expert, in-house help desk team.”

As well as pricing their ‘200+ feature product’ comparably to the most basic bookings & payments offerings, 2022 also sees Quoox continuing to extend their growth beyond the boutique gym market in which they first established their reputation.

Brand continued,

“Industry gurus regularly espouse that ‘the fitness industry hasn’t fundamentally changed in the last 20 years’. Whilst a somewhat broad statement without context, there is an underlying reality that the best tools & equipment have largely been the purvey of the wealthier, big-budget facilities. It is the aim of Quoox to change that.

2022 will see Quoox increasing its footprint in the yoga, Pilates, martial arts, and dance sectors - whilst continuing to innovate and grow in the gym & fitness space. Furthermore, with COVID coming increasingly under control, Quoox will finally be able to extend its territorial coverage into Australia; Canada; and beyond.”

Known for its innovation, the company has led the market with a number of ground-breaking features - many of which remain unique to the Quoox product. Chief Technology Officer, Chris Windram, commented:

“Being gym owners ourselves, we know first-hand the challenges that face the industry. It is this insight that gives us much of the inspiration for the new features that we develop.
